For your generous contributions toward Niasia’s journey to the Essence National Pageant in DC! We could NOT have done this without your support!
First and foremost Niasia and our entire family say….Thank You Thank You THANK YOU!
Although we didn’t return with the “national” crown, she maintains her State Title as Miss VA Teen Essence and placed in several other categories during the competition!
Niasia is continues to be very active in her community and just spoke at the National Night Out celebration which took place at the Churchill Boy’s and Girl’s Club. On that same day, Niasia hosted a “Royal Tea Party” at the Varina Library for 12 children ages 2- 10. Just yesterday, Niasia was invited by the Supervisor of School Health, to come speak at the Henrico County School Board Meeting tomorrow evening at 6pm in the New Bridge Building on Nine Mile Road! So as you can see she has not been deterred in any way! We are even considering another pageant – Cynthia Bailey of Housewives of Atlanta’s “Miss Renaissance” Pageant on Sept. 8&9th in ATL!
